Payroll and Salary – Visibility Rules During Transfers
When transferring an employee to a different permanent legal employer—either through a Global Transfer or Global Temporary Assignment—you can choose which data elements to copy from the worker’s source assignment to the destination assignment.
By default, the transfer process prepopulates the destination assignment with data from the source assignment as of the transfer effective date. You can override these values where allowed.
| Section / Component | Visible by Default? | Visibility Condition | Transfer Within Same LDG | Transfer to Different LDG (Same Legislation) | Transfer to Different Legislation | Notes |
| Payroll Details | Yes | Always | Copied by default | Not copied by default | Not copied by default | Payroll info is copied only when source and destination legal employers are within the same LDG.
