Why Auto-provision Rule does not de-provision or provision roles in Fusion HCM?

Check Auto-provision Roles section which will confirm which role mapping added the role, then, in Assigned Role section check creation date of that role.

For Provisioning, on creation date USERROLES request should be present to add that role. check status of that request.

For de-provisioning, on de-provision date USERROLES request should be present to remove that role. check status and request for that.
