Details of all LDAP requests associated to this user in Fusion HCM.

 LDAP requests correspond to different Request Types such as below.

  1. CREATE - Request to create user account
  2. UPDATE - Request to update user account
  3. USERROLES - Request to add/remove role membership for the user account
  4. TERMINATE - Request to terminate user account
  5. SUSPEND - Request to suspend user account
  6. ACTIVATE - Request to activate user account that was suspended earlier
  7. DELETE - Request to delete user account
  8. LINK - Request to link user account to person record

Each LDAP request is in one of below Request Status during it's life-cycle.

  1. REQUEST - Request is created and pending to be processed
  2. IN PROGRESS - Request is currently in executing stage
  3. COMPLETE - Request is completed on last update date
  4. FAULTED - Request got faulted while processing due to some error. Refer the error details in Error Description.
  5. SUPPRESSED - Request is suppressed because it is not required to be processed. Some of the reasons can b,
    1. Duplicate request is present
    2. User Account Maintenance enterprise option setting
    3. Refer Error Description or Error Detail Description for suppression reason
  6. CONSOLIDATED - Request is consolidated with the duplicate request already present or no need to execute it. One of the reason can be if there is a TERMINATE request for future exist then all Roles after termination date will be consolidated during Send Pending LDAP Process run.

Each LDAP request is also identified an Active flag as below.

  1. Y - Action performed for past/current date from UI flows. For eg: if an employee is hired effective today or effective past date, the LDAP request to CREATE user account will have Active flag as Y to process it immediately.
  2. N - Action performed for future date. This flag is also used to represent incomplete/unwanted requests. For eg: if an employee is hired with future effective date, the LDAP request to CREATE user account will have Active flag as N. This LDAP request will be processed in the future when it's effective.
  3. B - Bulk Action performed via HDL/REST.
  4. U - Request added during the processing of Send Personal data for Multiple Users ESS job.
