Why all Roles are not removed as part of termination in Fusion HCM?

  • The user loses any auto-provisioned roles for which he or she no longer qualifies. This de-provisioning is automatic as part of termination.

  • If the user has no other active work relationships, then the user also loses manually provisioned roles.This de-provisioning is automatic as part of termination. such as:
    Roles that another user, such as a line manager provisioned to the user Roles that he or she requested

  • If the user has other, active work relationships, then he or she keeps any manually provisioned roles. This roles will not be removed as part of termination.
