Method to customize the Navigator Menu and Springboard in Fusion HCM

For customizing the Navigator and Springboard, use the Structure page to do the following tasks on categories and page entries (while using Unified Sandbox, please enable the Structure Tool):

• Create
• Edit
• Show or hide
• Reorder

 Follow below steps to customize the Navigator Menu and Welcome Springboard (please):

1. Login to Fusion Applications.
2. Prerequisites for Customizing the Navigator and Springboard
   Activate a existing sandbox or create a sandbox and set it active.
3. Follow below navigation
   Navigator > Tools > Structure
4. Create Category or Page entry
   I. Click on Create button and select Category or Page Entry.
   II. Popup appears asking for details, enter required details and Save and close.
5. Edit a existing item
   I. Click on respective category link or Page entry link inside category.
   II. A property page appears, modify the fields and Save and Close.
6. Show or Hide links/icons
   I. Click on page link.
   II. Visible :    Yes - Always appear on navigator menu.
                      No - Never appear on navigator menu.
                      EL expression - based on condition.
   III. Show on Welcome Springboard :  Yes - Always appear on springboard.
                                                    No - Never appear on springboard.
                                                    EL expression - based on condition.
7. Reorder links
   I. On particular link click Move Up and Move down to reorder.
   II. Click right arrow, to move into another category.
