Previously, when Retropay results led to overpayments, the full recovery amount would be automatically deducted, often reducing an employee’s net pay unexpectedly. With this enhancement:

• The overpayment is offset, not immediately deducted, and

• A repayment schedule can be configured, ensuring the employee pays it back gradually.

❗ Note: This feature is currently supported only for new elements with an Earnings classification, not for existing elements.
