Oracle Fusion HCM - Streamlined Historical Record Updates in Redwood Workforce Structures

Redwood Workforce Structures pages now support seamless maintenance of records with historical effective start dates ranging from 01-JAN-0001 to 31-DEC-0099.

You can now perform the following actions on such records directly from the Redwood UI:

  • ✅ Correct the initial (first) date-effective record within the supported historical range.

  • ✅ Correct subsequent date-effective records, even when the first record starts within the historical range.

  • ✅ Add a new (second) date-effective record when the first record has an early effective date.

  • ✅ Insert a new (third) date-effective record between existing first and second records.

  • ✅ Delete a second date-effective record, even when the first record has a historical start date.

These enhancements simplify the management of long-standing organizational data and improve flexibility when handling historical changes in workforce structures.
