Oracle is introducing "Home with Ask Oracle", a redesigned home and global navigation experience in Fusion HCMto enhance usability, intelligence, and productivity.

  • Replaces both the Global Header and News Feed Home Page (if enabled).

  • Accessible via the Appearance work area by setting it as the new Home Page layout.

  • Offers a centralized, smart, and intuitive experience.

  • A visual guide to explore what’s available to you.

  • Helps new and existing users understand the scope of functionality in the system.

2. 🤖 Intelligent Suggestions

  • Suggests next actions based on:

    • Your usage behavior

    • Recently visited items

    • Frequently used tasks

  • Makes navigation faster and more relevant.

3. ⚡ Modern Search Experience

  • Rapid type-ahead

  • Synonym matching

  • Integration with business objects

  • Helps you find items even if you don’t know the exact name.
