Oracle Fusion HCM - Streamlined Historical Record Updates in Redwood Workforce Structures

 Redwood  Workforce Structures  pages now support seamless maintenance of records with historical effective start dates ranging from  01-JAN-0001 to 31-DEC-0099 . You can now perform the following actions on such records directly from the Redwood UI: ✅  Correct  the initial (first) date-effective record within the supported historical range. ✅  Correct  subsequent date-effective records, even when the first record starts within the historical range. ✅  Add  a new (second) date-effective record when the first record has an early effective date. ✅  Insert  a new (third) date-effective record  between  existing first and second records. ✅  Delete  a second date-effective record, even when the first record has a historical start date. These enhancements simplify the management of long-standing organizational data and improve flexibility when handling historical changes in workforce structures.
