Navigation to View Role Details:

  1. Go to the Security Console:
    Open the Security Console in Oracle Fusion HCM.

  2. Click on Roles:
    In the left sidebar or menu, click on the Roles option.

  3. Search for Records:
    In the Search field, you can select any combination of item types such as:

    • Job Role

    • Duty Role

    • Privilege

    • User

    Then, enter the relevant information to search for a specific role or record (e.g., Job Role).

  1. Select the View Format:
    Once the search results are displayed, you can select how to view the results:

    • Show Graph: Displays the data in a graphical format.

    • View as Table: Displays the data in a tabular format.

Privileges Graph View

When you choose Show Graph, the graph view of Privileges will provide a visual representation of how roles are associated with privileges. The graph may include nodes for different privileges and lines connecting them to roles or users who have those privileges. This visualization helps administrators see the relationships and dependencies between roles and the specific privileges assigned to them.


User Graph View

In a similar way, the User Graph view shows how different users are assigned to various roles. This visualization may include nodes for users and lines connecting them to job roles, duty roles, or other security components. It helps administrators understand which users are assigned to which roles, making it easier to manage access and permissions.
